The above images are actually a few stills from the interior animation our group did way back. Getting the "frescos" to map correctly on the curved surfaces was a challange back then. It gave us some insight into what Michelangelo might have gone through (except not on our backs by candle light and we have Crtl+Z).
The final sequences were all composited together into a video piece that was used to build financing and approaval from the congregation.
