| Brrr! These photo simulations were a quick turnaround type project for a pursuit back in 2006. Randy was given several bridge options to model and render out (a total of 11) in a very short amount of time. It bugged him to death to not be able to spend the time to deatil these out. Even said, these turned out great. You'll have to ask Randy how he did the falling snow effect... Original:

| Cool snow effect... but a few particles appear somewhat aligned. You can see the resulting designs of the winning design team (HNTB) as modeled/rendered by 'yours truly' at: http://www.3dnworld.com/gallery.php?user=MMundy Snake River Bridge Project Modeled in Max were the bridges and distant mountains. The nearby terrain & vegetation was modeled, rendered and composited with World Construction Set. It is good to see who the competition was! Hey if you don't hate me too much, I could sure use a new job. Anybody out there need a veteran 3d bridge illustrator with an architect's registration?
