Not that I can play with you guys, but I voted for COD4, because it is awesome, and you should play it too.

Are you talking PC games?

If not, i'd be happy to frag away on CoD4 or CoD5 on Xbox360. I prefer CoD4 though. CoD5 - although its more detailed with the ragdoll physics and gore etc feels too dark and claustrophobic for my liking. Plus I can't use an M16 in that era!

Yeah, PC games.  We try to shoot each other to bits via the local network.  Nothing says "team building" like a few taunts and frags.

Great avatar, btw!

That's a shame. There are about 5 or 6 of us here in Cardiff (across various departments) who play Xbox360 on Live and it would have been good to get a transatlantic PB game going. If you play CoD4 on Xbox and see the tags [P.B] then thats us!

My avatar is obviously taken from my Xbox profile... now unfortunately with the handlebar moustache that I grew for charity removed.

They are extremely cool DP, especially with a HDTV and HDMI connection.

I did worry that the Blueray issue would swing most people towards the PS3 but i think the high quality online service and Xbox Marketplace offering HD movies etc still gives Microsoft the edge in the console wars.

When i read what Microsoft had to say, it made sense about them not being worried about Blueray. Every media type seems to be swinging towards digital download now so they are putting all their R&D and money into that basket.

I have even heard that Microsoft are planning a big money buyout of Nintendo in much the same way Sony and MS did with Sega a few years back. Could be awesome, especially if MarioKart appears on the Xbox Live Arcade!
