The proposed improvements to the Baltimore/Washington International Airport parking garage, drop-off/pick-up, ped bridges, and people mover were pretty obvious.  There was also an alternate option that did not include the people mover (our lovely Incentro vehicle modeled by Bobby Valentine!).  All renders were scanline from 3ds Max 4 with minimal mapping.  The dirt, reflections and some of the shadows were touched up in Photoshop.  The cars on the new upper deck were a mix of cut images and 3D.  10 inch wide stripes were alos in fashion then too.
