| Hi all, If you don't mind telling, how do you animate wheel rotation for your vehicles, if you do? I'm trying to set up the Civil View (formally Dynamite VSP) cars so that once they are distributed along a road the wheels will turn. I noticed that there are a number of pieces of software that'll do this kind of thing but I'd like to use the Civil View cars, in a state that they could still be quickly distributed with Civil View (with spinny wheels), so they'd need to be one mesh. Unless I'm doing something wrong it doesn't seem like you can rotate a sub object element in the car mesh (without it going screwy and changing the scale too for some reason). The other way I've thought of doing it is faking it with animated wheel textures, but then I have to do it based on a specific speed and would have to change the animation depending on the speed... hmmm.. I suppose some kind of substitute could go on after ? Have unrenderable dummy objects and attach cars (as a group with seperate rotating wheels), but that just sounds like a bodge. Help ???? Cheers, Colin
