At first glance this rendering looks like a photograph of the existing I-5 bridge over the Columbia River between Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR.  The existing structure 3D model was required to study various alternatives including keeping the existing as part of the plan.  The visuals are important in explaining the complications involved in building a new structure to accomodate river, air, and rail traffic while maintaining easy access to other interchanges and downtown Vancouver.
