Not bad for "object" prints, but 7"x9"x8" seems a bit small for our type of projects.  Well, okay, maybe a pier & road section.

The real question is: What is the first thing you would print in 3D?

I think the real question is, and this is a little Star Trek. When will the technology advance far enough that these 3D printers no longer use resins but start using actual elements. So we’re no longer printing/creating a prototype model but creating/printing the real thing.

I guess the other question if this is possible would be. Would we actually want this technology, and what effects would it have on society?

I think that would then be followed by the question "how much sleep did you get last night?". Just Kidding.

That'd be awesome. Just think - you could print yourself a new xbox 360 when you needed it. Need a new controller? Just print it!.

Home renovations would never be the same!
